SHIPPING TERMS

At info@arturelights.com, one of our main goals is to focus on high-quality and secure shipping options - so that our customers can relax worry-free until they enjoy our products at home with their loved ones.

To ensure that we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we ship the products directly from our distribution center. This allows us to save significant amounts on storage, transport, and packaging costs, and offer you the products at a reasonable price.

Delivery Time

The delivery time consists of two important components:

1) Processing Time (1-2 business days):

  • Order confirmation
  • Adjustments
  • Quality control
  • Packaging

2) Delivery Time (6-8 business days depending on destination):

  • Order deadline: 09:00 PM (GMT) - Greenwich Mean Time
  • Order processing days: Monday to Friday

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Estimate):

  • Europe: 7-10 working days* (standard shipping)

The delivery time is calculated from collection at our international transport center to the desired destination and can vary depending on the delivery location.

*All delivery times above are exclusive of customs duties and related delays. During times of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers, delays may occur.

How Much Is the Shipping?

As a special service, we currently offer our customers free standard shipping within Europe.

Where Is My Package?

After the package is packed, it will be handed over to our transport company, and you will receive a tracking email.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, the order may be sent in several partial deliveries.

Once your order is delivered, you can enjoy your purchase! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return it? Then take a look at our Return Policy.

Defective Product?

How annoying! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged in transit. For this purpose, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot provide a refund. If it arrives defective the second time, we will then refund you the full purchase amount.

Order Tracking

We know how exciting it is to wait for your order to arrive. That's why we provide a seamless and detailed order tracking system. Just enter your order number and email address on our tracking page to get real-time updates on your package's journey. From warehouse departure to your doorstep, stay informed every step of the way. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your order's location, our customer service team is ready to assist.

Lost Package?

In the event that a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding to our refund and return policy.

Import Duties

In some cases, customs may carry out checks on the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, legislation changed on July 1, 2021, and we have no influence over this. In some cases, customs may claim a small amount of import costs. However, this does not happen 99% of the time. If customs duties apply, please Contact us.

Delivery Not to Home or Post Office

If a package is delivered to your doorstep or dropped off at a post office, Arturelights will bear the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and they will be entitled to deduct 9.95 EUR from the amount refunded to you.

Why Isn’t My Package Tracking Working?

In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the package location. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
